Back to school after lockdown (Recovery Transition Curriculum) COVID 19 KS4 KS5

1 hour - 90 min, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS4 or KS5 all about returning to school after the coronavirus pandemic. The lesson allows students firstly to share their feelings and concerns about the lockdown time, the disease itself and missing school. They then investigate how they catch up on any subjects they feel they have fallen behind on. The second half on the lesson has more of a practical focus about how diseases spread, hygiene and how students can protect themselves.

Students will then investigate the wider impact on the disease on students throughout the UK and other issues affecting our country, such as the economy and how we carry out our daily social lives.
